This individual must have the following experience / skills:

1) Analysis and Design:

»		Ability to conduct workshops with business users to collect requirements and scope out the functionalities during the Project Preparation phase
»		Ability to lead BW and reporting requirements workshops and analysis sessions
»		Utilized the ASAP for BW methodology and tools on at least 1 engagement, fully understands ASAP content, and is familiar with the Solution Manager or ValueSAP toolset
»		Strong ability to critically analyze reporting requirements and assist team to develop the solution that best balances speed, cost and quality
»		Strong communication skills; e.g. communicates succinctly and completely both verbally and in writing; demonstrates active listening skills
»		Strong soft skills, contributes to a harmonious team environment
»		Ability to work independently and as a team member with strong multi-tasking capabilities
»		Strategy and Design experience for Enterprise Reporting solutions that involve SAP as the core ERP solution
»		Strong ability to help strategize, define and implement an integrated solution from SAP. (BW, R/3, SEM)
»		Strong ability to provide content to support education sessions, and knowledge transfer activities, while drawing upon prior SAP BW project experiences

2) Development and Implementation:

»		3+ years experience with SAP R/3 implementation (across several modules Supply Chain and Logistics area)
»		4+ years experience with hands-on, end-to-end project implementation experience with SAP BW (Design, Build/Test and Deploy).
»		Strong ability to leverage SAP BW Business Content in the design.
»		Strong ability to model legacy data sources into BW dimensional model.
»		End-to-end project implementation experience with SAP R/3 (Design, Build/Test and Deploy).
»		Comprehensive understanding of SAP R/3 Reporting capabilities across Supply Chain and Logistics area.
»		Comprehensive understanding of all components associated with the implementation of an enterprise DW (ETL, OLAP, Reporting, Tech Architecture, Project Management, Business Processes, Deployment, Operations Support)
»		Strong technical skills to support the technical architecture design and requirements gathering activities for an enterprise-wide SAP BW environment.
»		Development experiences in Crystal Enterprise/Crystal Report with BW data sources are desirable.
»		Strong ability to work with SAP to resolve SAP BW technical issues (i.e. through SAP OSS Notes etc).

3)Expectations / Role / Responsibilities:

»		Provide ASAP methodology expertise in support of the project preparation, blueprinting process and in support of the DW lead
»		Provide best business practices knowledge to aid the scoping, requirements and design processes
»		Participate and conduct workshops with business users for project scoping, requirements gathering and design review etc
»		Assists with the definition and facilitation of requirements gathering sessions to support the design of the information model and enterprise reporting strategy
»		Participate in the identification of the global and standardization requirements versus local requirements
»		Participates in and/or facilitates defining analytical/reporting requirements & developing prototypes as necessary.
»		Becomes knowledgeable in the SAP R/3 and BW implementations such as Backbone
»		Participate with analysis of analytic/reporting requirements to ensure requirements will be will be adequately met in detailed design and software configuration
»		Assist and participate in the hands-on work in design, build/test and deploy activities
»		Assist team to resolve SAP BW technical issues if needed
»		Transfers BI knowledge to both business resources and other IT team members
»		Assist with development of transition plan to ensure designated staff develops needed SAP BW application knowledge
»		Assist with resource and task planning activities to support the project’s work breakdown structure (WBS)

4)Education:

Bachelors in computer Science or Equivalent.

Job Requirements:

The position of Senior J2EE Technical Consultant within Prosmart is accountable for the delivery of technical consulting services to effect the successful implementation of solutions on behalf of clients. The focus of these solutions is the intersection of highly effective business operations and highly leveraged technology. The Senior J2EE Technical Consultants works autonomously within a team environment, and is responsible for the hands-on development of system modules, starting from their conception and carrying through to their rollout and initial production support.

»		Working experience with Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL databases
»		Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
»		Excellent customer service and interpersonal (team) skills
»		Working experience with SDLC methodology
»		Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
»		Working experience with process definition such as Data Flow Diagramming, Process Flow Charting and Process Modeling
»		Working experience with Data Modeling, Entity Relationship Diagramming, and Database Design
»		Intimate knowledge of productivity tools – Microsoft Office and SQL

Preferred Skills:

»		Experience working on large and/or multiple projects
»		Familiarity with Six Sigma, CMMI, or other industry methods for process improvements
»		Experience with RUP (Rational Unified Process)
»		Familiarity with PowerBuilder 9.0+

Education:

Bachelors in computer Science or equivalent from an accredited university.
